Thank you for shopping at Hi-Moment. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

We ship all orders from within the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Total time from order to delivery: 3–5 business days (including 1–2 days processing + 2–3 days in transit).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and billing email.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Restricted Destinations: Due to local laws and regulations, we are unable to ship to certain countries and regions where intimate wellness products are prohibited or restricted, including but not limited to countries governed by strict religious or cultural regulations on such products. Orders placed with shipping addresses in restricted destinations will be canceled and refunded.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage to eligible regions — stay tuned for updates!

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names, logos, or descriptions visible on the outside. The return address will display our company name only — no product-related information will be included.

Shipping Issues

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:

  • Lost package: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible — changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
